New Year Message from President Charles Osei Asibey

"Dear Armwrestling Family,

As we welcome the dawn of 2025, I am filled with immense gratitude and excitement for the year ahead.

On behalf of the Armwrestling Federation of Africa leadership, I extend warmest greetings to each and every one of you – tough athletes, dedicated officials, hardworking coaches, and indefatigable federation leaders – who make up our vibrant Armwrestling family.

2024 was a remarkable year for us, marked by significant milestones of our participation in the African Games, thrilling competitions, and inspiring stories of perseverance and triumph. We celebrated victories at the World Championships, learned from setbacks, and grew stronger together.

As we embark on this new journey, I urge you all to recommit to our shared passion for Armwrestling. Let us strive for excellence, let us encourage the promotion of Armwrestling, and foster a spirit of camaraderie that defines our beloved sport.
